Gary L. Wenk, PhD (University of Cincinnati) is a Professor of Psychology & Neuroscience & Molecular Virology, Immunology and Medical Genetics at The Ohio State University and Medical Center, and is a leading authority on the treatment and prevention of Alzheimer’s disease. Dr. Wenk is the recipient of numerous teaching awards, The Joan N Huber Award for Outstanding Scholarship and The Harlan Hatcher Arts and Sciences Distinguished Faculty Award.
Dr. Wenk’s research is focused on the intersection of food and drugs. In this webinar, Dr. Wenk will explore why what we eat – and how much we eat – is the single most important daily decision we make. He will explain how this choice impacts how our brain and body ages, the likelihood of developing Alzheimer’s disease, how long we live, and more.
